    Delivery is free of charge for all UK shipped goods.

    Our bikes are shipped as illustrated and described on our product pages. Selecting alternative component specifications such as stem length, crank length and handlebar width is not possible when placing an order. While we do offer a huge range of colour options for your frameset, we cannot offer this option for complete bikes.

    All orders placed through boardmanbikes.com are delivered free of charge to your home or alternative address.

    All complete bikes undergo a full build and pre-delivery inspection by a team of expert Boardman mechanics, prior to being carefully boxed up and dispatched to you. The delivery time for our full build service may take up to 14 days to arrive with you. Once your bike is ready, you will be sent an email from our customer service team and issued with a tracking number for the delivery. Please note that due to the nature of bespoke orders, including for Custom Elite Bikes, a longer delivery times of approximately eight weeks will apply.

    We use TNT / FedEx for International orders.

    The Boardman range includes  raw 'UD' finishes, where the carbon has been painted with a clear lacquer to allow the carbon to show through and to reduce weight, as it does not require paint. 

    The texture in the 'UD' carbon cloth reflects the light in different ways which gives an interesting finish, this is perfectly normal with a raw 'UD' finish

    We would usually recommend either speaking with your local bike shop or visiting the suppliers website (below) to review their technical guidance notes as they will be able to provide the most up-to-date support and be able to resolve your issue promptly. 

    Your Boardman will have been fully assembled and checked by our Cytec qualified mechanic. To package it for transit your bike will have the handlebars turned 90 degrees. Should you have any questions regarding assembly once you have received the bike, please get in touch.

    All Boardman bikes conform to International ISO Safety Standards and undergo rigorous impact and fatigue testing.
